We Are Compass
We Are Compass
Compass is a local, Edinburgh-based, charity supporting people living with neurological conditions.
Compass is the only service for people with neurological conditions in the area, that offers an extensive range of beneficial therapies, facilities, and technology, under one roof.

It’s Our 40th Birthday!
We are building a team of fabulous Fundraisers.
Join us as we celebrate our 40 years by organising your very own fundraising event! We’ve set an ambitious target to raise £40K over the next year so we really need your support.
With a theme of 40 for 40, one team is completing 40k over 40 days either swimming, running or walking, with some using our AlterG treadmill to reach their target. What could you do?

“With my mobility issues, going to different therapists in different locations is impossible. Compass has been life-changing for me. Everything I need is right here.”
Ann, lives with MS
