Our Staff Team
Nancy Campbell - CEO
Nancy has led our organisation since 2012 and became C.E.O in 2021. Her new role involves helping to deliver our strategic objectives by securing funding both nationally and locally.
She supports the Board of Trustees in the development and implementation of the dynamic strategy that can grow the organisation and enhance its reputation across the Lothian’s and beyond.
She represents the Board externally by developing relationships with key stakeholders to promote and sustain the work of the organisation and ensure it meets all its legal, statutory, and social obligations.


Fiona Murdoch – Communication and administration Officer
Fiona is responsible for the management, and maintenance of the organisation’s website and social media channels content, and the analysis and monitoring of success against the our digital strategy performance indicators.
She also assists in general administration including finance administration and in producing Newsletters, surveys and reports and arranging key meetings and activities.
Fiona provides administrative support to the staff team with digital competency and in providing IT advice and support

Dean Pennycuick – Services and Facilities Officer
Dean oversees the safe operation and delivery of our Oxygen Therapy Service. He maintains and co-ordinates our general maintenance records, inventories, contracts and servicing schedule for all the Centre’s services and equipment.
He conducts regular Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Risk Assessments in compliance with regulations and Centre policies.
He also supports management in the induction and training of staff and volunteers in the safe delivery of oxygen therapy.

Ruth Brown – Client Liaison officer
Ruth is responsible for the delivery of consistent, client centred, confidential, and professional reception and administration service.
She works with the Operations Manager and staff team to support the marketing and promotion of the charity and its work and is responsible for coordinating and managing the smooth running of a client focused service and the coordination of a clear client pathway throughout the centre services and therapies.

Jemma Fegan – Community Engagement Officer
Jemma is responsible for the delivery of an effective community communications and volunteer strategy that raises the profile of the charity and community fundraising activities.
She works with the Operations Manager and staff team to support the marketing and promotion of the charity and its work and is responsible for recruitment, coordination and management of volunteers and raising awareness of volunteering opportunities.

Jonny Marc-Gillam – Wellbeing Support Officer
Jonny supports our clients by providing a person-centred assessment of their needs. Supporting them in accessing not only our own self-management support therapies and treatments, but also in accessing a wide range of community-based services to help in the areas of benefits and allowances, care, health, and social activities.
Our Physio Team
Gillian Robinson – Physiotherapy Service Lead
Gillian is our professional lead to neuro-physiotherapists in the management and delivery of our physiotherapy service and she works with the management team in development, monitoring and evaluating services.
She ensures high quality physiotherapy services, participates in the clinical executive, overseeing recruitment and retention, supervision, training/Continuous Professional Development, and clinical governance.
She also promotes the role of physiotherapy within the organisation and works collaboratively in developing partnerships with statutory, community and third sector organisations.

Izabela Atemborska – Senior Physiotherapist
Izabela supports the Lead Physiotherapist in the development and delivery of the physiotherapy services provided to service users of the Centre living with Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions.
She carries out comprehensive physiotherapy assessment of clients with diverse and complex conditions and devises a relevant problem list and evidence based and patient centred treatment plan.
She is also responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of the safe delivery of physiotherapy services and online physiotherapy group exercise classes.
