Group Physiotherapy 


We offer a variety of classes of different levels which are developed and led by our physiotherapists..

Some of these are Live streamed via Zoom, some are face to face at our partner site at Studio 11 (also on Swanfield).

You can be assured that the exercises you will be doing have been carefully selected by our professional team to help you achieve your goals.

Increased motivation - Having a regular weekly class you can go to will increase your motivation. You are not by yourself, and our physiotherapist and others around you to encourage you, getting the best results possible.

Improved function – we know that regular activity maintains and improves our physical function. As the saying goes, If you don’t use it, you lose it!’

It’s Fun - Our group exercises are always fun! And exercising with other people can create memories and new friends.

Structured Class Programmes– the classes have been planned with a specific structure to help you get the most out of the sessions

You’re in safe hands – being live streamed through video conferencing platforms, our therapists can keep an eye on your performance and technique. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns you have about any difficulty you might be having.

SEATED CLASS for those predominantly in wheelchair, but have leg movement, able to stand with or without assistance

For those with medium to high mobility levels, minimal balance impairment

High intensity interval training, for those looking to improve cardiovascular fitness level, a 30-minute class

For those with low to medium levels of mobility with walking aid, exercises with seated options
